Because of our investment in asphalt plants and our own DOT Certified QA/QC Lab, our engineers have become Certified Pavement Engineers, educated to the highest standards on building mix designs, pavement sampling, gradations, and all pavement principles.
Asphalt Paving
The key to high quality asphalt paving is building the right skilled labor and equipment for the job. When paving a large parking lot, large DOT Certified Pavers, compactors and milling machines should be the standard equipment. On a smaller parking lot, such as a fast food restaurant, smaller DOT Certified equipment is a better fit. On cart/walking paths, an asphalt paver specifically designed might be a better option. The pavement consistency and smoothness will increase longevity by using the most technologically advanced equipment.
Asphalt Milling
Whether we are removing and replacing patches or milling a roadway/parking lot, Rabine Paving America invests in state of the art milling equipment. This practice allows us to make certain that we are accurate in our elevations. This equipment also ensures 100% recycling of all material removed from a job site.
