Why UltraLot?

For years, asphalt parking lots have been resurfaced and maintained exclusively with asphalt products. Though concrete has long been recognized as a material with higher structural strength and durability, the cost of concrete paving has historically been higher than asphalt and cost prohibitive. Now with the latest advances in modern technology, concrete resurfacing, known as UltraLot Whitetopping®, allows us to use concrete instead of asphalt materials for parking lot maintenance.
